A large number of bearing steel smelting is carried out by electric arc furnace, which can be developed into various types of primary refining furnaces and off-furnace refining furnaces. In order to achieve high quality, high efficiency and low energy consumption, bearing steel is now mainly produced by primary furnace + LF/VD or RH + continuous casting + continuous rolling process of 60 tons or more. Continuous controlled atmosphere annealing furnace heat treatment process is mainly developed from the bogie type and hood type furnace.

cr8 mold steel using continuous heat treatment furnace length of 150m, processing the production of bearing steel ball organization is not chaotic, uneven, less decarburization, low energy consumption.

How to heat treat high speed steel? Because high-speed steel contains a large amount of carbon and alloying elements, so after rolling or casting forging in metallurgical plants. Even under air-cooled conditions, it will have a high hardness, so it needs to be softened before leaving the factory in order to reach the hardness value specified by the oxide. Manufacturers of tools sometimes cast HSS or castings to improve carbide segregation, sometimes make tools by hot rolling, and sometimes need to repair hardened parts, all of which require HSS annealing.

Tests have shown that the tool life of HSS will be significantly reduced during the annealing process if the cr12mov die steel holding period is too long, so it is vital to choose a reasonable annealing process for it.

The holding time of heat treatment depends on the required furnace charge and should generally be completed within 3~4 hours. After insulation, the 718h mold steel is cooled at 10~20°C to below 600°C before discharge. Isothermal annealing method can also be used, cooling to 740 ℃ ~ 760 ℃, stay 4 ~ 5h, cooling to below 600 ℃ out of the furnace. Speed steel also uses high-temperature annealing method, which can greatly reduce the annealing production cycle and improve the annealing quality. Under normal annealing conditions, the heat treatment temperature is increased from 840 ~ 860 ℃ to 880 ~ 920 ℃.
